Pros

I was always paid on time.

Cons

Working as a graphic designer, I never received a positive feedback for my work. They don't praise your work, and they constantly show you that what you are doing is not enough. The company is very unorganised, and the team leaders are inexperienced. People and management were constantly gossiping negatively about other employees, and because the office is an open-space, we can hear everything, (even hear things about myself). I was asking them for more than 7 months to upgrade my computer, as it was very slow for the type of programs that I was using it for. The company doesn't care about upgrading the equipment, and on top of that, they don't pay the licenses of the software we were using as designers, which says a lot about the culture of the company. After I announced my decision to resign, the management didn't want me to say goodbye to my fellow co-workers. While I was there, usually every month a person was either fired or resigned.

Pros

It's easy to get in, the office as a space is nice and the coworkers were ok.

Cons

Working conditions were poor. The working hours were too long, overtime was not paid, there were no benefits. There were several times when we worked 10 and 11 hour a day and had no time outside work at all. In general, this company treats you like you are a slave, wants to squeeze you to get as much work as possible and offers you nothing in return. Because the salaries it offers are particularly low (for the hours and the work it asks you to do during the day) I suggest not to prefer it if you are looking for work
