Run by a narcissistic megalomaniac with no concept of work life balance. Would meddle in the lives of his employees and they would feel pressured to do what he says because he is their boss. He would pressure staff to tell him personal details in confidence and then turn around and spread these details amongst the rest of the staff.
Employees are expected to be available at all times with frequent meetings scheduled for after business hours, I witnessed one employee be terminated, it was later unofficially confirmed that it was due to him putting his phone on do not disturb at the end of the day
It’s a decent place to work when the boss likes you but if he decides he doesn’t for whatever reason he makes it very unpleasant to be there
