Really wish if there could be any pros of working here.
Cons
Pathetic Management, worst and illiterate owners, negative environment . All the current employees are under 6 months as company is not allowing anybody to stay for even a year. Everybody in the company right from the illiterate owners to the employees are working with without knowledge and proper means. There is No willingness to support and motivate any new member in this worst company. Maybe the people who will bow down to the unrealistic management may get a bit more time or little time or support by begging but ultimately it's the same fate for everyone right from HR to employees . Company is not at all on path of intelligence , smartness. In nutshell - worst company , illiterate owners, pathetic Management, unrealistic expectations, full of negativity. Don't waste your precious time here.
