Pros
DigiVest is a perfect place to work on small to mid SMEs and grow them using your ability. Since they do end to end anything related with eCommerce, there is so much room to grow and sharpen your skills. The team are really focused on growing the companies and everyone is highly focused on this objective. The support you get from the leadership team is incredible and really helps you to explore all the avenues of growing a company and understanding the life cycle of a business. Overall my experience in DV is been amazing!

Unique and ambitious model, where the success of the "clients" also translates into success for the staff working there. Flexible working environment - global staff Culture where striving for improvement and experimentation is encouraged Great Team.
Cons
As a startup creating an unique and somewhat groundbreaking model - staff at higher positions in the company are often needed to demonstrate flexibility in order to achieve for the company and it's partners. (This is returned by flexibility from management for outside work needs). Not sure if it's a con - more of a be aware: The team works hard and expects their comrades to pull their weight as well.
