Pros
Chill and relaxed job if your looking to make extra cash as a young adult. Definitely not a place to try and provide for your family.
Cons
I was getting paid 12/hr when I started and they bumped me up to 15/hr + bonuses when I became manager which couldnt even pay my rent or buy me groceries. Just let me put my daughter and daycare. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for a raise and told me it costed them too much but within my first 2 months they threw Morale Pizza Parties and made a quarter mil. when i upscaled their video tape department.
