      Pros

      Small company so it was very tight knit. Downtown office in great location. You gain great networking and communication skills.

      Cons

      The owners despite their good intentions are very green when it comes to managing their employees and setting clear expectations. Poor communication to their team. They were always very busy and didn’t have for information download like they should to set their team up for success.
