Basically it's call center your communication skills only.

Cons

Company is full of cons. No growth. No fun. And worst part is it's target based job and if you don't complete the target you're salary will be deducted and the salary is only 15k in Bangalore. They forced employees to reach their target. And they're scamming with students by lying.
