The core team who have been with the agency for years have strong recruitment experience in specialist markets.
Cons
The parent company take a short term view where profit is most important. The company lacks strategy, direction and a clear voice in a competitive market.

I've been with Devonshire for around 5 months and have enjoyed every minute of it. If you are looking for a Company that: Treats you like a grown up human (I know this should be the norm but I think we all know its not) Makes you feel respected and appreciated Listens to your ideas and gives the tools to to them in to action Allows you to earn a very attractive salary (you get what you put in) Has an absolute legend of a MD Doesn't give you "The Fear" on a Sunday evening then Devonshire is for you!
Cons
I hate to be that guy but I really can't think of any.
