Bad pay and no care for staff

Thrown in at the deep end so you either sink or swim The pay is insulting for the hours you have to do Job is mostly dealing with endless complaints

Bad Pay, But Cheap Rent

Pros

Rent was only £50 a week (including bills) which is amazing for city centre location

Cons

Wage is awful, they only hired under 20 year olds so they wouldn't have to pay a higher salary. Living where you work is hard because they would ask for favours even if you were off shift

Perhaps not the best job if you're looking to explore the city you're working in as the usual work week is 40+ hours.
