      Pros

      Other drafters are great Stocked pantry Free lunch Fridays

      Cons

      Doesn’t take heed to employees concerns. Management constantly on your back and looking over your shoulder. Uncomfortable work environment. Was paid less than everyone else. Very passive aggressive toward employees.

It is wonderful to hear that you established positive relationships with your colleagues and enjoyed some of our perks, such a fully stocked kitchen and our employee favorite Free Lunch Fridays where we order from local restaurants to support our community. Although there is no such thing as the perfect workplace, I am sorry that you didnt fit in to the work environment. We have an open-door policy and encourage all employees to approach us with their concerns. In regards to your compensation, we survey the markets every quarter and always aim to provide a competitive pay rate to our employees.

      Pros

      Great benefits package and competitive salary. Projects allow growth for foundational architectural knowledge and production of as-built drawings. Production quality of high standards. Management applies inclusive decision making and openness to new ideas. Everyone here always seeks to improve and innovate.

      Cons

      Ladies, expect to be payed about 18-20% less.

      Great company atmosphere, high quality standards

      Pros

      Caring office personnel along with flexible schedules. Management is always considerate of emergencies and unforeseen issues to your daily life.

      Cons

      Some times the standards the company requires is extremely high and will frustrate you while working, but ultimately completing the work is feasible.
