      Too much micromanaging and lack of respect for people and robotic.

      The curriculum I would say is good and very well worked out. The LMS is very integrated.

      Cons

      1. A bit of toxicity and lack of respect for people. 2. Crazy micromanaging at a point where it could affect mental health and make you feel robotic. 3. No, higher authority to complaint or to reach out to! 4. Lacks people centricity, or warmth. Again, very robotic.

      Hardly any good reason to work with

      No management, less salary, rough behaviour by the founders, salary doesn't gets credited on time, no increment policy even if they promise you, no ownership of work, less exposure of work, no variable pay. No promotion opportunities, they even dontprovide you with experience letters if you are leaving the company. The management dont trust any employees
