      Interesting and varied work, some great colleagues, progression path was very clear, my Director and me had a good relationship and they always listened

      Cons

      No hybrid working which meant work-life balance was harder especially when travelling a lot.

      Friendly but hardworking culture with some great people. Opportunities for everyone at all levels to grow and learn. Approachable and accessible senior leadership team. Ideas welcome and taken - everyone can make an impact.

      Cons

      Standards are (quite rightly) high, and so if you don’t like hard work then this isn’t the place for you!
