The most toxic environment I have ever been in. Backstabbing management and no work life balance. The stress and horrible leadership caused me to be suicidal, with no help from HR and no opportunity to move within the company. Not every team is toxic but if there is a management problem, it will never be addressed. I survived, but will be in years of therapy to address the trauma of working here. From the top down, it is clear that profits are more important than people - both employees and clients. They love to burn you out and then give zero resources. They had layoffs and handled it the worst I have ever seen, even sending a list of names of the affected people. Those laid off had no notice and a negligible severance, and no support (because it never existed in the first place)
