Pros

Thrown into the fire, had to teach myself how to do a lot which was good. Very stressful which when young is good for experience and forces time management.

Cons

Yelled at constantly. Other employees yelling at each other. Dangerous shop. Stressed at work and when i went home. Not much teaching. Owners always fighting.

Pros

Everyone except for the owner was nice to work with.

Cons

If you are considering working here, I would strongly advise against it. The owner is a narcissist who talks down to employees, tries to make them feel stupid, and publicly shames them instead of dealing with issues professionally. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews.

Pros

You will learn how bad a workplace can be by working here.

Cons

This place is run by a bunch of clowns who have no professionalism towards their employees. The CEO is full of himself, extremely racist and belittles his employees publicly. He calls his employees using funny names instead of their real names and often passes racist comments on the go. The senior leadership team is full of "yes sir" individuals and their only job is to say, “I totally or 100% agree to you”. Although the company brands itself as "ENGINEERED COMMERCIAL VEHICLE" providers, there is no engineering leadership and all the members in the senior leadership team are non-engineers. This is a sales team driven company that tries to mimic designs from their big brother competitors to engineer their products. For most part, the sales have no idea what they are selling or it be manufactured or not. The CEO shows no respect for anyone and breaths down the throat of his employees. He had unrealistic expectations from his engineers and thinks all designs are just line work in CAD based on his shallow knowledge of engineering design that is evident from his lack of basic trigonometry skills from 7th grade. As far as planning and execution is concerned, disorganized is a lame term to describe the least. They are building a new facility, and the constructions was half-way complete, yet the senior leadership team had no idea where and how they will plan the production lines. Everything is back fitted to requirement rather than building to the requirement. As far as safety is concerned, this place gets negative points. The CEO orders material handling equipment from China looking at some Instagram video. When the equipment arrives, the VP of operations starts making room to fit it in, that clearly proves the point of lack of planning. The cranes are not marked with max. load capacity, and no one wears hard hats are few indications on how unsafe the working environment is. There are metal chips all over the floor and parking is offsite. The list goes on and on. If you are considering working here, please RE-THINK. You don’t want to work for a person who has no respect or understand for engineering.
