      Pros

      The most positive thing for me was the company culture and how included and welcomed I felt. Occasional free lunches, foosball machine, mini bar

      Cons

      The somewhat downside is that because they are still a start-up, they may not have all processes in place just yet but, the amazing thing is that everyone makes up for this by taking ownership of the situation. For anyone who is not used to a start-up environment, this is something to note.

      Pros

      Excellent onboarding experience, great at creating a welcoming atmosphere which I think is particularly difficult when doing so remotely and a really great product

      No cons to document at Demodesk!

      Great AI product and smart colleagues.

      Pros

      Amazing product that evolves really fast. A lot of growth potential and being able to design the future of Sales first hand.

      Cons

      Rather small team. Makes the company super efficient but you can't really lean back, which is how it supposed to be. But at least some better coverage during holidays would make sense
