I'm not one to ever talk negatively about a former employer, however I feel compelled to in this case. Delta Star by far was the absolute worst company that I've ever worked for. There inability to make new employees feel welcomed, the strong lack of diversity & inclusion, along with poor leadership made it impossible to do your job. The majority of Senior leadership are white males, well actually 90% of the company is white and they all think, act & behave alike, which is very sad. Working for this company felt the working for the Stepford Wives, everyone is the same & if you don't fit the mole you are outed! I'm a person of color & I worked there for 1 year and was treated so unfairly by leadership, I've never in my professional career been treated with such disrespect!
