      Great benefits, potential growth (not a lot of room)

      Cons

      “Family/team” environment and it’s definitely not. They put managers in positions who don’t know or understand the role they are in charge of. Nothing is brought to your attention, until your slapped with a write up and not given enough time to prove yourself

      Don't work in the Test department

      Pros

      Good benefits, relatively high pay for the area, shoe and glasses reimbursement. Really smart and patient coworkers.

      Cons

      I was deliberately made to feel excluded from the team. One of the managers made it his daily goal to bully me, including showing up at my house to bully me outside of work hours. I was misled about what my schedule would be. I had to chase down PPE required to do the work after being issued the wrong and incomplete kit by HR/Safety.
