Amazing people, clients and development opportunities. There are few organisations who offer such a broad range of career builders and ways to enhance your skills
Cons
Work life balance is very dependent on your leader and team. In some teams, very long hours are the norm. Reward and recognition is poor when compared to peers and industry. Bonuses are purely discretionary and there are incentives beyond promotion timelines to perform in role. This framework impacts retention and does not get the best out of people who don't want to be partners. Rem on par with other 'big4' and completely uncompetitive with industry or boutique/MBB consulting firms.
