If you have a valid reason for logging in late and leaving early, they will allow time for you to compensate. No salary deductions are made on the basis of this. The firm addresses any issues you face because they listen to you. They don’t let small things hamper your productivity and hence they value your feedback. There is a lot of work exposure as you work with clients globally and you learn something new from each project. Additionally, there are interesting services related to Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity which are very interesting to learn as they are the future.
They also conduct weekly surveys to ensure that the work is not too much for you, also to check on you to ensure your work life balance is properly maintained. The surveys are to check on you and are not work related. Hence the working culture is also great and it’s an amazing place to work.

I dont have much to say about this as I am still gelling into the company as of now as I am liking the current work environment.
