      Super easy to clear the interviews

      Cons

      There is like 5 rounds of interviews. Family owned business so you will have management breathing down your neck 24/7. Beware, management wont be concious or understanding of WFH request based on family situations, including death. Below average compensation for those working in Marketing and IT, no flexibility and company wide policy of no work-life balance. Seriously, STAY AWAY
