      Constant firefighting, mistakes and huge staff departures

      Great people and interesting work Diverse product offering

      Cons

      Senior management have made a number of mistakes in the past 6 months, which has led to broken systems, lots of turnover and instability. There is constant firefighting and burnout across teams. Unfortunately a number of negative reviews have also been disappearing on Glassdoor (which has been noticed by staff) and is only adding to mistrust.

      Pros

      Excellent Facilitators, brilliant Data Mentors, hard working Programme Managers and a beautiful office space.

      Cons

      Constant operational changes leave staff feeling unsettled and overworked. The only way staff finds out someone has moved on or been let go is by a disgruntled Slack or team update message.

      Leadership is a mess, constant lying to keep the clients who they eventually lose anyway. Fake staff plans with folks truly working 120% Young non experienced leadership Lack of process High turn over Toxic energy and skapegoating.
