Dealnet Capital has an employee rating of 2.9 out of 5 stars, based on 17 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an average working experience there.
The only good thing is you can have some work-life balance but that also depends on your role.
Cons
They hire employees at a high pay sometimes and then do not increase for 3-5 yrs. There is no pay structure. HR is only responsible for hiring and firing. Overall there is nothing new to learn and no growth opportunities. There are employees who are working for more than 5-10 yrs and still doing the same job and at the same pay. There is no job security and no team management. Even the reviews here don't seem to be real.
