Cons
Davidson Technology management is very immature, much like their systems and operations. As a result of the high staff turnover in a small business, they are always looking for new staff. It is not due to growth although management portrays it as such; it is due to people constantly leaving. The culture is unhealthy and toxic with targeting and bullying behaviours. Bad managers are protected by other senior bad managers. Qualified and suitably experienced leadership is needed in Davidson technology on both the recruitment and consulting sides, as well as in operations, to establish a professional and healthy work environment.
