      - Hybrid & flexible work - Great and supportive atmosphere to work in, both socially and professionally - Small company with the ability to make personal impact - A Growing company in a growing and interesting field - Profitable, so no hovering feeling of impending doom of the company firing half of it's people - True work-life balance, never been overworked - Honest & open communication, not overlooking issues

      The cons that comes with a startup company, nothing unusual: - You sometimes need to expand on your areas of expertise and wear multiple hats - Sometimes processes are not standardized and ad-hoc solutions are needed
