Pros
- 6 weeks vacation - Relatively well respected company name as mentioned in another review, although I suspect that is mainly for historical reasons at this point.
Cons
- Low salary compared to other companies in the same industry, including customers. - Assignments can often lock you into unexpected long commutes without adequate compensation. - Management rarely able to answer seemingly simple questions. - Management seems to actively distrust and devalue employees. - Odds of getting assignments that fall well outside your preferred technical field are significantly higher than 0. - Almost no seniors left in the company.
