I was completely taken advantage of in my position. I performed many managerial duties. I asked for a raise and title change - waited for over 2 years while being continually told my raise and title change would come, only to be told “there was nothing they could give me” in the end. I finally decided to leave. This company does not know how to keep anyone of importance - they would rather let you walk away and pay someone less to do the same job. I was completely taken advantage of and will never forget how horribly I was treated at this company.

Vague guidelines to understand how to qualify for a raise, not being able to make PA announcements that we were closing soon and having to stay sometimes an hour after closing because of customers ignoring our hours of operations. Very conservative bread and butter customers who felt alienated by the company trying to bring in a younger more progressive customer demographic. Explaining to customers why not everything is actually built in the U.S even though the advertising and marketing states that *some* products are built in the U.S. Customers abusing or trying to abuse the very lenient return/exchange policies.
