Danner interview questions

I was a Very standardized process - I sent out my resume , a couple of days later received a phone call asking about phone interview. Everything went well, so I was asked to come for on site interview with the team.

The offer was extended to me after working as a contractor for a few months to work full time. However, most employees don't have to go through any extensive interview. Company has a high turn over rate, is mostly a manufacturing company with a small in house IT department that is becoming out sourced.
