Pros

Colleagues are great and easy to get along with. Dyson office is near the train station. Benefits ok.

Cons

Management is racist and doesn’t mix along with exec level staffs. No growth within the company, ok for start but you won’t see growth for new staff. Only promotion and growth for staff that has been there for long time. Value staff service duration instead of work they do.
