Flexibility, full home office support, colleagues, athmosphere

Cons

No reasonable salary raise in the last 8(!) years, CEOs come and go, taking very high bonuses while the company is in a slope, Higher management does not pay attention to worker's demands, they only see numbers.

But growth is slow or staggnent, which made me to change after working 7 years.
