Pros
Great work-life balance with pretty good benefits. The management team really makes effort to look after their employees. You may have to work late or extra sometimes when there is a random client deadline, but that is balanced with the ability to be flexible when you need it; it's a fair trade. You will be challenged and will be expected to contribute to the team but you are rewarded for your efforts. You will also be able to gain a lot of experience with a diverse array of projects.
Cons
Being a smaller company, you will need to wear many hats at times, and this can be stressful. However, this is quite normal for a smaller organization that is growing.
