Amazing learning opportunities where you get to be part of every step – from understanding client needs to developing, testing, deploying, and implementing solutions. You work with some incredible people who are always ready to teach, share their knowledge, and support you. The team constantly encourages you to push your limits and become the best version of yourself.
Cons
Deadlines can be quite tight at times, which might feel overwhelming. The fast-paced environment might not suit everyone. Learning on the job is great, but it can also be challenging if you're not proactive.
