Pros
The first few weeks have pros but they slowly start to change the rules. The Cliff’s job posting has earnings that are a great deal less.
Cons
Fear-based work environment, rude leadership, and incredibly terrible team-building opportunities. The company still hasn't paid me commission promised. I did not hear from them after leaving again after a promise that these issues would be resolved. They record you every move you make. The work environment is terrible.

Good workplace, received plenty of experience.
Cons
Pay is incredibly low, miscommunication frequently, don't let you recover from mistakes (2 mistakes and you're out).
