Pays well, decent amount of paid time off and benefits are better then many companies
Cons
Company makes changes that are not beneficial to reps/team leaders. Most team leaders aren't worried about employees. Upper management makes changes without thinking how it could affect the people handling the calls.
toxic culture with an outward focus on mental health while upper management actually contributes to the stress and negative mental health of their lower employees
Often layoffs and budget cuts, too many hierarchies and doesn’t value employees’ performance, effectiveness and dedication. Many middle managers. So basically those middle managers with 0 to too little contributions will likely be safe and hardworking employees will be cut off. Too much favoritism and bias by managers but upper management and HR will ignore when employees reported
Management is open and honest about the good and bad parts of the current state of the company. Upper management is open to hearing feedback and take steps to address employee concerns.
Cons
The current state of the pay TV industry is the biggest drag on workplace morale since it drives workforce reductions and influences decisions on what employees work on.
Benefits are great
Bonuses are decent
Union protection
Cons
Upper management is a popularity contest and too much politicing if you want to get into management positions.
Very stressful
No work life balance
Treated as just another number
