      Pros

      You get to work with the best in the business. All the engineers at DGR are extremely talented and have much to offer. Experience is accelerated: One year at DGR is like five years in an average organization. Management is very reasonable and supportive of employees' personal life and family.

      Cons

      DGR has a high standard for work and expertise, and those that do not work well in that occasionally high pressure environment often find themselves weeded out. A certain level of personal commitment (and time) is required to stay current on new technology, educated on best practices, and prepared for every unique engagement.

      Pros

      DGR has been a great environment for me. Coming from a few jobs with very hectic schedules, this has been a welcome change of pace. Of course there is plenty of work to do, but it's not the grueling hours I had become used to. The environment is casual and friendly. The team is very welcoming and happy to help out when you need it. There is a very nice benefits package as well. Even though the team is remote right now, I feel included with the team.

      Cons

      There have been some improvements in the time I've been there, and look forward to seeing what the future holds. The onboarding process still has some kinks that can be worked out.

      Pros

      Knowledge everywhere! Everyone I worked with was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. There was never drama between employees and any time you asked for advice or assistance there was someone to back you up. This company has the ability and skills to manage in the cloud, on premises for all systems and cybersecurity technology. They promote learning and training as well. Such a great company to have worked for.

      Cons

      No cons, just a heads up for potential interviewers. They are smart and they move at a quick pace. This company is not for those who sit around and wait for direction or expect someone else to do things for them. You must be a self-starter and ready to hit the ground running if hired.
