Why not simply state in the application that an AI system will review my resume and determine if I qualify? It would save applicants time and set clear expectations. I spend more time entering detailed information into the application than what seems to be spent actually reviewing my resume. In 3 minutes I got a rejection email.
Short and straight to the point. The interviewer was very professional and didn't really give away wether I got the position or not. Fast forward a month later with no follow up and I'm pretty sure I didn't get it.

Applied online and a day later I got an email to schedule time for a quick intro phone conversation . I had to send a follow up email nearly 2 weeks later as I didn't hear back. I passed the intro call and was then setup with a call with the next interviewer. I had that interview and have been waiting ever since...Just very disappointing from a company that provides consulting services but they can't send a simple email to inform candidates about moving onto the next round.
