Company's care for customer is always number one priority and because of this they realize taking care of employee is best way to keep customers returning.

Cons

Attempting to insert social constructs and cultural "woke" fads of the moment to master inviolable laws of physics, safety and equipment operation. Committing to building a ( small) population of pilots based on skin color, gender or sexual preference over intelligence, competency and eye-hand coordination displays risk taking unacceptable to everyone (properly surveyed)
