Pros

Superb team and colleagues always willing to help you learn and progress your career, very tech oriented, extremely flexible in terms of remote working. Close knit teams who genuinely feel like they care about the product. Frontend teams were a joy to work with, and you really felt productive on a day to day basis, with your work making a real difference to the product.

Cons

It's been a completely unmitigated mess ever since Shay, Sandeep, and the rest of the ex-Entain cronies came on board. Sandeep thinks he knows it all, and apparently Agile was created "to sell books", according to him. Shay mandates everyone to work from office 5 days a week whilst sitting in Qatar, and has implemented attendance tracking for the office as if staff are in kindergarten. Any talent that was left at DAZN has left long ago, so steer well clear of ship - it has already hit the iceberg, and water has steadily started to fill in from the bottom. The only ones getting onto the lifeboats are the C-suite, which is a truly a testament to the injustices of the world we live in.
