      somewhat good but not really heading into a sustainable directiom

      Pros

      - the people are nice and generally hardworker - salary is ok, keeping me going

      Cons

      - yes men around the upper management - upper management is big on AI and slipped out wanting to replace most of us with it - upper management loves to micro manage and instead of following research, we have to follow their direction more often than not - promotional based on how long we've been there instead of skills

      - Very high product exposure across core, high-impact flows - Direct access to leadership with minimal hierarchy barriers - Designers are trusted with meaningful ownership early on - Fast execution cycle, ideas can move quickly into production - Strong collaboration across product, design, and engineering

      Cons

      - Too many “yes” decisions, weak pushback on low-impact requests - Lack of a strong product gatekeeper to filter stakeholder demands - Frequent context switching due to incoming ad hoc requests - Prioritization can feel reactive instead of strategic - Limited focus time for deep thinking and craft quality
