The laboratory staff working there are absolutely lovely

Cons

Company is extremely disorganised GDPR rules are broken all the time Multiple people had to wait weeks to receive a contract Contracts are often incorrect People get underpaid, or don’t receive their money at all Bad laboratory practice, they were definitely sending off some false negatives
