Pros

I cannot think of one positive thing about my experiences at this sham organisation. I saw one or two lovely dedicated employees taken advantage of and felt very sorry for them.

Cons

Biting off more then they can chew and their greed and rapid expansion will be their eventual downfall. Amateur, unprofessional and untrained street urchins with no clear leadership to help them do their job. Humongously high staff turnover No sick pay for genuine sick employees who have to pay for the numerous lying employees who can't be arsed to come to work. Treating interpreters very poorly - they are the ones who keep the ship running and if you abandon them all what's going to happen? Scraping the barrel of professionalism with some of their employees. Fake positive reviews on here and elsewhere.

Pros

You get paid more on Universal Credits

Cons

1. Modern day slavery 2. Condescending 3. Their contract stipulates if you do not attend an assignment, you get penalised £50. If the client does whatever they feel like you only get 50% of your time and effort. Even though you could have been accepting other assignments calls or video calls or even not rejected other offers to not be double booked. So on every assignment you're buying a lottery ticket. 4. Minimum pay even for the interpreters who run the show and are the real providers. 5. £0.25 per mile travel costs. This works out that if you drive for an hour you will paid less than minimum wage. I think these guys either pretend they're not aware of fuel prices or they are proud of being back in the dark ages of slavery. 6. Zero transparency on anything at all. Just because someone somewhere has written a ton of small prints does not mean they are a fair company. 7. Us and the clients are equals. Clients represents a need not superiority. Without the interpreters you wouldn't exist. 8. Freelance is just a word these guys camouflage under. Freelance you dont get to decide rates we do. Otherwise you pay holidays and sickness. Cause if we have to do that you are not paying minimum wage.

Pros

No pros to mention at all

Cons

1) They will give assignments to work as a machine & pay you after 2 1/2 months 2) They will agree to pay you £25/hr inclusive of transportation, but when it is time to pay you after 2 1/2 months, they will deny it & pay you half price for what you have worked for over 2 months
