      Why are we here if no one listens or trusts us?

      Pros

      • People are wonderful, hard-working • Really nice office, in house snacks • team members that care for one another and your success • Awesome to see such diversity!

      Cons

      • Confusion of priorities up top, adding to maddening frustration below • Erratic work balance - mental health suffers here • Very politicized - the leadership is looking out for the original 'good ole boys' • Experts hired, then not listened to or dismissed. (why are we here?) • false sense of company culture. • No trust to move the needle forward - too safe / won't take risks. • Surveys to understand problems and internally - and no improvement.

      It's a growing company. Paychecks clear on time.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover and it doesn't seem they want to fix it. There are new faces every six months. The positive reviews here mostly come from HR or high ranking employees.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits Flexible work hours and location Standing desks for all employees Snacks and drinks provided The direction of the company is clear and well thought out Employees opinions are valued and taken into consideration Owners and managers show they have trust in their employees.

      Cons

      Honestly none so far, maybe the only one I could say is that being a smaller company we don't have a lot of employees so you have a bigger work load.
