Guys please do not think to join this company, it will be better as UNEMPLOYED, The one so called owner cum employee behaved like a KING while doesn't have knowledge about the subject which he deal. Company HR completely a PUPPET of management, never think about employees while HR should be play a key role between management and employees. GOD better knows how this company running.

I can provide you with an article over this topic. Due to lack of time i'll provide you with snapshot summary: 1. Unethical behaviour by the top management i.e Directors of the Co., they indulge in total inhuman behaviour with the employees. 2. Yes, many reviews provided are absolutely correct, One's with positive reviews have been posted by management itself (haha...I'm 100% Sure..believe me) 3. Huge employee turnover...nearly from a group of only 40 employees, on an average 15- 20 every month..(Majority cannot be wrong...there is something very wrong with the co) 4. The Employers are humans who enjoy the loss of others. (Yes..you got it correct...ask any ex-employee you can understand his mental status or his loss during employment) 5. The Employer itself providing reasons to many reviews over here. (I mean "Why" do u need it, if you are so innocent.) 6. Congratulations, "YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL SLAVE, NEEDS TO BE READY TO SERVE ANYTIME I ASK", are the words you'll be hearing from the employer every now and then. 7. The Employer thinks that delaying in making payments to staff, would pleasure him. (So Dont expect your payment on time, he has many reasons to not to pay you, be ready to hear them all, not at a time but monthly...:-))) 8. You'll be definately among the persons going through different phases of "Depression" , during your employment (I think your job is not that important....to continue you need to "LIVE"..so better "LEAVE") 9. Go thru all of the above 1nce again...and have a wise DESICION.
