Exciting work with a world-class team
Pros
I’ve worked at CyberCube since its inception, and for Symantec previously (where the team was first incubated). I can say unequivocally that CyberCube has provided a platform on which I’ve done the most meaningful work of my career. Highlights include a daily opportunity to whiteboard/create/design/think, a flexible and welcoming work environment in an up-and-coming SoMa neighborhood with start-up perks, and most importantly, a very motivated, friendly, collaborative team. People here truly enjoy being around each other, and though roadmaps are always ambitious, the team steers very clear of stepping on each other or playing blame games. It’s a truly collaborative team comprised of smart individuals, and I couldn’t be happier both with what we’ve accomplished so far and where we’re headed.

Heavy workload and tight timelines, which aren't so much cons as they are a function of working in an ambitious start-up.
