Pros

leadership is considerate, deliberate, intentional, and humane. I feel listened to and I feel like my team has my back. Lines of communication are wide open across departments. Taking this job was the best choice of my professional life, and I do NOT say that lightly

Cons

I genuinely can say there are no cons to this working here in this department. CSM work is very taxing and intense no matter where you work, but having a team that supports you and has your back makes all the difference. My team genuinely makes me feel supported.
