Pros
Lots of various types of machines to learn about. Great to boost your immune system.
Cons
Heavy staff turnover. Nearly no senior / experienced designers left. Abuse of newly arrived immigrants waiting for their residency (salary/working conditions). Only 2 sick days, means sick people infect others at work. Health benefits are a joke. Engineering staff is crammed into tiny cubicles. Lead-times are impossible to meet without major cutting corners which causes rework or machine failures. Management issues.
