      Pros

      Management is poor, no proper hierarchy, all good people left the organisation who were the pillars of the company. And Management is least bother about it.

      Cons

      Stop fooling people in the name of skincare, internal quality team is pathetic and no growth and few people like swati they are the reason for leaving all good employees

      Very unethical practices going on in the name of skin care. Be aware. The company has no fixed work hours. Changes rules by the hour. And can not accept any criticism by employees. The management has fragile ego.
