Company has gone through significant expansion/contraction over the last few years due to positive performance during Covid, PE firm acquisition, poor performance due to softening demand and price pressures
As a result reorgs and strategic pivots are common and reactive. This has come at the huge expense to innovation/culture. Office politics are ripe and make it difficult to stay engaged/trust in management decision making - doubtful on the quality of decision making when made a few levels removed from day to day work.
