      Pros

      Crystel got big clients across the world, working there exposes one to many different companies with different requirements.

      Cons

      They supervisors and project managers expect a lot from the teams, but they also cross the line often, because most people working in the customer service advisor roles don't have other options, they are taking advantage of often with unreasonable or unexplained vacation/pay deductions, forgotten "unpaid" overtime, etc. Its not an environment that encourages one to do their best.
