      Pros

      The people working at Cryptio are some of the kindest, most supportive people I've had the pleasure of knowing. Everyone is enthusiastic and passionate about the space we're in which is really exciting to be around. There is no mistaking the drive that the people here have and their willingness to help the people around them whether it is day 1 or 3 years in. It's a wonderful team and I'm really grateful to be a part of it.

      Cons

      There can be long hours and since the team is spread across different countries, coordinating meetings can sometimes be difficult.
