There’s a real sense that the company is building something very big and very important, and that shared belief shows up in the day-to-day work in a positive, constructive way. The work is challenging and moves quickly, which is exciting if you enjoy autonomy and problem-solving—it’s not a place for cruising, but you’ll learn a lot.
